We ripped out the concrete dog bath and built-in bench, rerouted plumbing for a downstairs washer and dryer, and survived a month-long paint bubble disaster on one wall. Next, we're doing drywall repairs and collecting quotes for cabinetry, which will also house the washer and dryer, plus a built-in sink below the window.
