Exterior

We repainted the house from its original light blue to Benjamin Moore's Ice Formations, fixed the rotted siding, painted the trim, porch railings, soffits, and swing white, and releveled the front yard with 5 tons of dirt. Landscaping and the back patio are still projects we plan to tackle down the road.

It’s hard not to fall in love with this Cape Cod and its serene wooded backdrop. With three charming dormers, a full-length front porch, and a raised rear deck overlooking a private backyard framed by mature trees, we knew it had great bones. It just needed a few updates to make it uniquely ours.
